The Pirate Movement of 2012...
Like the "Hippies" of the 1960's, today's "Pirates" are making a statement against the establishment. They state that, in a country that was founded by rebels, with the purpose of establishing freedom for all citizens, more and more of our rights and freedoms are being taken away with each passing day. They point out that the government has convinced people that it is acceptable to be robbed of their hard earned cash, to fund a government that does NOT have their best interests in mind! Though "passive resistance", they reject the establishment, in ways that do not break the law....only bends it a little, and causing harm to no-one. They manipulate the system to their greatest benifit, and show us all that we should be living FREE.
There is an offical "Pirate's Code", multiple books in the works, and inspirational artwork, reflecting the Pirate message that we are all born FREE, but choose to allow the system to lull us to sleep, and cause us all to live as sheep.
